I’m not a cardio gal, but this class was quick and got me energized!

This was pretty awesome. Except when we got to the plank part on the first side. Then I was flailing and falling… but by the time we got to the other side I figured it out. Your workouts always feel like a fun game instead of a chore. Instructions are super clear and I feel accomplished when I’m done. Working through the old challenges and trying to figure out the new site layout. Thanks Ann!
