Week 3 – Healthy Back with Callie

Join Callie (and Simon) for a class that will strengthen your back and leave you feeling super mobile. We’ll start with spinal articulation and then Simon becomes the star. We end with some intermediate exercises like swan dive rocking prep. Not sure what that means? We roll like bananas 🍌Equipment Needed: mat only!
