Week 4 – Intermediate/Advanced Full Body Barre with Callie

This one is a doozy (in a good way!) – we’ll start slow and focus on full body moves while we work arms (plus some balance). Then we’ll get in to a lovely barre series that will strengthen your inner thighs and quads, all while working hip mobility. We’ll finish with core and a serious burner of a butt series.

You’ll need a mat, a chair or barre, light weights, and a Pilates ball (or small pillow) to get the most out of this class.
