Week 4 – Pilates Fusion with Callie

Join Callie for a full body fusion workout! You’ll warm up and move right into a parallel and lunge series with the ball. Your inner thighs will get some extra work and then you’ll move onto the mat for some more traditional Pilates moves with weights. You’ll finish with extra tush and back work. This one’s a goodie!
