Callie K

Callie has been teaching yoga and other group fitness classes for over sixteen years. She has taught all abilities and levels, including total beginners, Oscar-winning actors, MLB players, professional rugby players, Olympians, and those looking to feel more energized and strong in their everyday lives.

While not teaching at the studio, Callie is a practicing attorney and an amateur zookeeper with four dogs and four cats.

Ann T

Ann discovered barre after a long hiatus from working out and immediately fell in love. She loves the challenge of barre, the energy of the class and the change in your overall strength. Ann’s classes are more boot camp than ballet and she aims to leave you feeling the burn. In her spare time, Ann enjoys making music videos and playing with dogs.
