Excited to announce our Bloom in June Challenge that starts June 1 💐🎉

Getting to the important stuff! It's 14 days and 14 classes, but all are 30 minutes are less (woo!). We have loads of good classes packed in like Cozy Cardio, Stretchy Strong, It's the Small Things, All Mat/All Day, and Butt Stuff.

To join, please add your name or nickname to the shared class tracker (linked in comments and our link in bio). On June 1, you'll just log in and our magical IT genius/cardio queen Ann will have posted the new challenge workout. After each class, add an emoji to the class tracker to show you've completed.

We'll host a live class on Zoom to celebrate the end of the challenge for all who participate!

We are deeply saddened to share that the beautiful

We are deeply saddened to share that the beautiful, inspiring mural created by Yuliya Semenova with Mural Arts will be taken down. Despite an overwhelming amount of written support from our amazing neighbors, the mural's fate was sealed by one vocal neighbor's complaints. He wrote and complained to every city representative he could as he believes that murals lead to the "ghetto-ization" of our city (it pains us to even write that but it is important to share to have an understanding of the type of person this is). Mural Arts tried to reason and negotiate with him, but ultimately, they made the decision to remove the mural after feeling pressure from multiple city leaders and agencies. The wall will go back to the ugly two-toned beige.

None of this makes sense to us. Hundreds of you wrote with support, and I am so bewildered that a single person's opinion and nastiness could be given more consideration than the overwhelming majority. Frankly, this situation feels like a microcosm of our larger world, where the vocal minority, not acting in good faith, can overshadow the good that benefits everyone. We share in your frustration and disappointment.

But there is hope! We are committed to ensuring the artist's incredible work is still celebrated. We’re excited to announce that we will be hiring the artist to recreate the mural inside our studio! Her art will continue to inspire and bring joy to all who visit our space.

A sincere thank you to everyone who supported the mural. Your voices and support of local artists mean the world to us. ♥️

My girls ♥️

This is Hagana hijacking the tuck account because I needed to share this picture with you guys. Callie opened the new studio today, taught two classes, and took our dogs on an extra long walk (she says they "thrive" when they get extra long ones). Then she crashed, with Carly still by her side.

She never talks about how hard she works or all the roles she plays in life, but it's been the honor of my life to witness her the past 15 years, as she moves so gracefully between all. In her role at tuck, she spent over a year creating the art that is the new studio. You've now all seen it, you can see her and her love in it. She hand painted the walls herself with a brush and had sore shoulders for days. But she didn't take a shortcut because she wanted clients to feel warm when they came in, and in her mind, hand painting with a brush was a non-negotiable. When she would get free time, she'd go "hunting" at salvage stores for studio pieces because she wanted to give things a new life and use. She carried all those heavy mirrors herself.

And she did all this while also being a full-time lawyer, a role many of you don't see. In that role, she transforms her down-to-earth, approachable self into an assertive expert who can somehow make super complex tax and labor matters seem simple and easy to handle. It's genius and it's magical to see. Though my eyes do glaze over when she starts reciting code sections to me at dinner.

But the role I love her most in is this one. The one where she simply exists, just is. Where her energy permeates our home and family and makes all of us feel so accepted and safe. She is my home, and I am so proud to be her husband. I cannot believe I get to spend my life with Callie.

Thank you for supporting her today. I am so grateful.

🎉 just your friendly neighborhood barre and yoga forever sub and sometimes social media poster stopping in to update you that we are officially ready to move our Point Breeze studio to 2235 Washington on Saturday, February 3!! 🎉

The City took its time getting our final inspection done, but lemme just say, this new studio is worth the wait (there is a water fountain AND hand dryer 😯)! Most everything is thrifted or salvaged 🌏, and it just *feels* good in there. There's character, patina, and a whole wall of full size magnolia trees 🌳 While every single one of our studios is comfortable, cozy, and unique, this one feels the most me. Sometimes it takes a little time to know what home needs to be, and this one is home for me.

We will have a special invite only class for our OG point breezers on Friday, Feb 2nd, and we will have a special schedule on Saturday, February 3. Our normal schedule will start back up on the 4th ☺️ On opening weekend, we'll have fun raffles and treats for you

We are so excited to celebrate with you all in the new space! 🎉
