The world feels heavy. Times like these (which we' The world feels heavy. Times like these (which we've had much too often in recent history) make me want to isolate and hide, as the outside world feels unsafe. But as I’ve been reflecting on our collective political choices these past few months, I’ve intentionally wrapped myself in our small, moral, safe community of kind, supportive humans. Honestly, it's been a bright light in what feels like a long tunnel of darkness. And more than that, it's given me energy to keep fighting in the ways that I can.

If you’re feeling alone, please remember that pain has a way of keeping our heads down, but if we take a moment to look to our right and left, we’ll see others standing with us. It sounds cheesy, but we're with you.  

That’s why we’re offering Rooted and Resilient: Yoga for a Chaotic World—free community classes for us to come together, ground ourselves, and remind each other that we are stronger when we stand side by side. Together, we’ll breathe, we’ll move, and we’ll face whatever comes our way with a little more peace, a little more strength, and a whole lot more resilience. 

You don’t have to carry this heaviness alone, and you deserve to care for yourself so you can show up in whatever way is most impactful. We’re here to remind you that people are still good and that the heaviness feels lighter when we allow others to help us carry it 💚

Our January Jumpstart Challenge starts Monday, Jan Our January Jumpstart Challenge starts Monday, January 6!

The challenge includes four classes a week focused on meeting you exactly where you are. Getting back to a routine doesn't have to be overwhelming! We'll focus on moving in ways that feel good to help you build a consistent, sustainable practice. There's full body barre, along with cardio and yoga classes, and we have a special focus on strengthening the back side of our bodies with real chill butt and healthy back classes 🍑 No special equipment needed ✨️

Classes for each week will be posted on tuckfitness.com each Monday starting January 6th! If you want more accountability, add your name to the class tracker linked in our bio!

The holidays can be so magical ✨️ and we hope you have savored big celebrations along with quiet moments of joy and gratitude. But we all know that holiday magic comes at a cost, and at least for me, this year, I had very little time and energy for my own self care and routine. And omg, I miss feeling like myself 🫠

Getting back to feeling in rhythm doesn't have to be overwhelming! Our January Challenge encourages us to come back to ourselves and move in ways to support our bodies. We will help you build a sustainable, consistent practice with five classes each week. In every class, we meet you exactly where you are and encourage you to listen to what your body and your mind need that day. It seems so simple, but there's so much magic in simple ✨️

It will be a true community collaboration, filled with recipes and stories from our amazing Tuck community.
