This four-week curated program invites you to play around with your edges in a supportive, uplifting environment as you strengthen your mind and body. You’ll explore more complex barre movements and harness the power of small, mindful changes that pack a big punch.

Beyond enhancing strength and promoting flexibility, we aim to foster a deeper connection with your body. We’ll develop more kinesthetic awareness of muscles you ordinarily don’t use – and you’ll remember that sometimes the smallest movements create the most burn. If you are comfortable in intermediate classes, this program is for you! LFG!
