We just wanted to take a moment to remind you that our January Jumpstart Challenge is here, and we’d love for you to join us.

Our January Jumpstart Challenge starts Monday, January 6!

The challenge includes four classes a week focused on meeting you exactly where you are. Getting back to a routine doesn't have to be overwhelming! We'll focus on moving in ways that feel good to help you build a consistent, sustainable practice. There's full body barre, along with cardio and yoga classes, and we have a special focus on strengthening the back side of our bodies with real chill butt and healthy back classes 🍑 No special equipment needed ✨️

Classes for each week will be posted on tuckfitness.com each Monday starting January 6th! If you want more accountability, add your name to the class tracker linked in our bio!

Our High Five for '25 Challenge starts Monday, January 6th! The holidays can be so magical ✨️ and we hope you have savored big celebrations along with quiet moments of joy and gratitude. But we all know that holiday magic comes at a cost, and at least for me, this year, I had very little time and energy for my own self care and routine. And omg, I miss feeling like myself 🫠

Getting back to feeling in rhythm doesn't have to be overwhelming! Our January Challenge encourages us to come back to ourselves and move in ways to support our bodies. We will help you build a sustainable, consistent practice with five classes each week. In every class, we meet you exactly where you are and encourage you to listen to what your body and your mind need that day. It seems so simple, but there's so much magic in simple ✨️

Noticed this new entry on our "good bathroom graffiti" wall. Gives us all the feels.

We are deeply saddened to share that the beautiful

We are deeply saddened to share that the beautiful, inspiring mural created by Yuliya Semenova with Mural Arts will be taken down. Despite an overwhelming amount of written support from our amazing neighbors, the mural's fate was sealed by one vocal neighbor's complaints. He wrote and complained to every city representative he could as he believes that murals lead to the "ghetto-ization" of our city (it pains us to even write that but it is important to share to have an understanding of the type of person this is). Mural Arts tried to reason and negotiate with him, but ultimately, they made the decision to remove the mural after feeling pressure from multiple city leaders and agencies. The wall will go back to the ugly two-toned beige.

None of this makes sense to us. Hundreds of you wrote with support, and I am so bewildered that a single person's opinion and nastiness could be given more consideration than the overwhelming majority. Frankly, this situation feels like a microcosm of our larger world, where the vocal minority, not acting in good faith, can overshadow the good that benefits everyone. We share in your frustration and disappointment.

But there is hope! We are committed to ensuring the artist's incredible work is still celebrated. We’re excited to announce that we will be hiring the artist to recreate the mural inside our studio! Her art will continue to inspire and bring joy to all who visit our space.

A sincere thank you to everyone who supported the mural. Your voices and support of local artists mean the world to us. ♥️
