January Jumpstart Challenge
Our January Jumpstart Challenge is a 4 week, 16 class challenge focused on meeting you exactly where you are. Getting back to a routine doesn’t have to be overwhelming! We’ll focus on moving in ways that feel good to help you build a consistent, sustainable practice. There’s full body barre, along with cardio and yoga classes, and in this challenge, we have a special focus on strengthening the back side of our bodies with real chill butt and healthy back classes.
